Pegg or Azaria -- Is there even a question here?

"Run, Fat Boy, Run" is a new movie coming out this October with one of the most unusual and I guess intriguing production rosters I've read in ages: written by Michael Ian Black and Simon Pegg, starring Simon Pegg and Hank Azaria and directed by David Schwimmer. Check out the preview and let me know what you think. I can't decide if it'll be one of those sweet, small movies I'll enjoy or if it's going to be one of those sweet, small movies in which I end up being shockingly disappointed.

As much as I love Simon Pegg and the sweet clips, there's a little more gag humor in the trailer than I'd be comfortable paying for.

Yeah, I'm a little worried about it too. Maybe a DVD rental.

I must admit, I thought that about the 40 year old Virgin trailer, and all the parts of the movie not in the trailer were really funny.

Although it's listed as being "written by Simon Pegg", he pretty much just edited the script; it was originally set in the US, you see, so what we're esentially looking at is a high-class Britpick. Basically, all I'm saying is: don't go to see it expecting Shaun of the Dead/Spaced/Hot Fuzz type quality and I reckon you'll be fine.

I went last Friday - being a UK resident an' all - and really enjoyed it. I thought it was sweet, and fun, and I always love seeing Dylan Moran and Simon Pegg perform together, so, you know. As a film, it was nice. As a comedy nerd? It was brilliant.
