Park Bench T-Shirts Want to Live in Your Closet

Just in time for the holidays...or actually, almost too late for the holidays but still in time for that festive month of January...we've got some Park Bench accessories for you and yours. There's t-shirts (long and short sleeved) as well as hoodies and the always popular mug option, all emblazoned with the image below:

It's got yer mad scientist, it's got yer nerdery, it's got yer brain in a jar...what says "happy holidays" better than that? So if you'd like to support The Park Bench and show some nerd pride as well, please visit our fledgling little Cafe Press shop. I hope you like it! And definitely let me know if you see any glitches or anything I need to add because, as with most things, I have no idea what I'm doing. A big thanks to designer extraordinaire and all-around nice guy Manning Krull for his awesome illustration.

And a big thanks to all of you guys, too, for reading The Park Bench! You're the best!

Wow! So I'm a long time lurker, but I just wanted to say that this t-shirt reminds me of the THEME SONG my friends wrote for me when I was in middle school. (It's especially appropriate because I have red hair...)

Mad Scientist Abby, wow!
What the hell is she doing now?
Mixing chemicals left and right...
Holy Shit! That's Dynamite!

ah, memories. :D

Make a girly cut short sleeve shirt option (in XXL to make room for curves) and you've sold one to me. Awesome design!

-total lurker but love the site!

Thanks for all the kind words and support! I appreciate it. And Maryanne, I'll add that style to the store today. Thanks for the idea!

P.S. I am hugely envious and impressed that someone wrote a theme song for you. I love it! :)

Ach, this is so cute! I don't think I've ever commented here, but I read every time you post. I can't wait to get my nerdy hands on this shirt <3

(Though definitely agree with maryanne about the girly cut :) I'd love to see this design on a baseball style tee)

Love the blog!
I am in desperate need of this design as a car magnet for my smartcar. Hope you make car ornaments of some sort available.

You just made my day and soon you will me making my daughter's (self-described nerd pre-med student)day as well! Love that design and just ordered a hoodie for her! YAY!

I'm so glad you guys like this! I've added a few new products. Let me know if there's anything else you'd like to see. Thanks so much!

More colour options! I like the women's fit teesh, but blue is not for me. Purple or black or dark green would be ace.

Hey Liz,
Don't get me wrong-I really like this design, and the pun is fun, but I would really like some park bench merch with just your header design and the website beneath it-you know something very functional and simple because the site, well it speaks for itself.
